Our market is Enclosed! And we do follow this ordinance!!! As we adjusted our Charity event in order to avoid being penalized by The Borough of Westville

Borough Code: 277-1 “SECONDHAND SALES” “LICENSE REQUIRED” which indicates: No person or persons, firm or corporation shall engage in the business of buying and selling used merchandise, eq

uipment, building materials and other personal property, that is to say, no person or persons, firm or corporation shall keep and maintain a yard, space or place in the Borough of Westville for the purpose of buying or selling used or secondhand merchandise, equipment, furniture, toys, household appliances, lumber and building materials, including any article used in the building and construction of a home or other building, plumbing fixtures, heating plants of any nature and parts thereof, automotive parts and equipment, pipe, electrical fixtures or any other used or secondhand material or personal property of every kind and nature whatsoever, other than in an enclosed building without being licensed so to do by the Borough Council of the Borough of Westville.

Come check us out opening weekend! First Ten Costumers get a free gift when the phrase “Hello Neighbor” is used!!!! Our Charity event will be hosted every weekend starting April 2nd in our backyard Granny Frani Space!!!

Hello Everyone! As most of you know our indoor mini flea market will be open to the public this Saturday April 2nd at 9am!!

We are sorry to announce that due to permit issues, there will be no vendors at this time.

However; we are working that as quickly as possible!

All proceeds from the Sale will be going to Frani’s home repairs! We will have a craft stand at Franis Shed- where we will hold the merchandise in an enclosed space as our borough permits!

Here’s a sneak peak at some of our merch! 70% new with a bit of lightly used!!!

Remember, the first ten costumers to use the phrase “HELLO NEIGHBOR!”, will receive a sweet gift!

Can’t wait to see you there!!!!
