Accessory Dwelling Units are increasingly recognized as a way to create more flexible and affordable housing choices in our neighborhoods. On Wednesday, October 19 , at 7:00 AM, Home Transformation Designer Colin Healy will be updating the group on the recent changes in CT State Zoning Laws that encourage homeowners to add Accessory Dwelling Units to their homes for caring for family members and for rental income.

Spoofing emails are the latest type of cyber-crimes to try and gain personal information from unsuspecting recipients. Key elements to look for will be discussed and examples of spoofing emails will be used to educate the attendees to assist in preventing a data breach.
