You asked, I’m answering. What does a professional Guardian actually do? Well, great question. If you’ve never had to engage the services of a professional guardian through the court, considered a good thing. Guardianship under the statute of Florida is what we call a “last resort “. In this short video, I’m going to explain to one of the things a professional guardian may do. Every case is different, every case has its own nuances, but every case must fall in line with the Florida statue play at Fort Lauderdale Broward County courthouse, obtaining what I was instructed to carry with me at all times, referred to as a “safety envelope “. This safety envelope is not only for myself, but for the victim by the alleged perpetrator for an alleged exploitation.

Part 2. Follow up after my in person visit to BSO, things went much smoother than I thought they would. The people were helpful ( thorough and to the point) that's what I needed. I had all the proper paperwork, the one new document came in while I was in my way there, BSO provided an email address. I did ask what the next step and timeframe is, they stayed contact by Monday ( if all proper paperwork is what I gave them). Ok. All acceptable. Let's see what happens over the weekend.
