We talk a lot about physical safety on the jobsite, but inclusion is a safety issue too. Workers who feel valued and heard are more likely to speak up, ask for help, and look out for one another.

This Construction Inclusion Week, join us in recognizing that a truly safe jobsite is one where everyone belongs.

If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, call or text 988.

In a moment of crisis, access to a fi***rm at home can impact the outcome of family members at risk for su***de, especially minors.

An AFSP funded study led by Paul Nestadt, MD found that statewide policies such as Child Access Prevention (CAPS) laws, requiring fi***rm owners to practice safe storage, can save children's lives.
