Please join us in welcoming Cynthia, our new Director of Programs & Youth Coordinator!

Cynthia brings over 30 years of experience in office administration, financial operations, customer service, and organizational management — including many years of service with Broward County Public Schools. Her expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and office operations, paired with her reputation for exceptional customer service and attention to detail, makes her an incredible addition to our leadership team.

As we grow to support even more families across Broward County, we’re thrilled to have someone with Cynthia’s dedication and experience helping lead the way.

Welcome to the Camp Wannado Family, Ernestine Ramirez! 🎉

We’re excited to announce Ernestine Ramirez has joined Camp Wannado as our new Executive Director!

Ernestine brings a wealth of experience from both the private provider sector and the school district level, where she trained and supervised program supervisors. Her background gives her a deep, well-rounded understanding of what it takes to run high-quality afterschool programming. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Director’s Credential.

We’re thrilled to have her leadership and expertise as we head into an exciting new school year. Welcome to the team, Ernestine!
