The Annual Ice Cream Social was held Saturday June 27 on an unfortunately rainy afternoon. More than 50 people still came out to enjoy free ice cream sundaes. The new updated kitchen area was utilized for the first time! Thank you to all who volunteered to make this community event a success!

Showing off the newly renovated kitchen building at the WAA park. Every year we try to upgrade or improve the park in some way, and this was a big one! Thank you especially to Metered Concrete Solutions, Dick Manjone, Ed Lescowitch, and Jim Rebarchak for spearheading and completing this project in time for the summer picnic rental season. And to everyone in the community who has donated money and purchased memberships - thank you! The park is for community use, so your support means a lot!

The WAA Little Free Library has been updated with new books for the summer! Thanks again to Landyn for maintaining this wonderful community service project and for all those who donate books and use the library! It’s a wonderful addition to our park and small town. 📖📖📖
