Bluejay Families:

After the recent order of spirit t-shirts were passed out, we heard some concerns about the style and fit of the shirt. We used a new vendor, and learned some important lessons for the future. Given the feedback, we’d like to offer the opportunity to reorder this shirt design at a significantly reduced price using your choice of t-shirt!

West Platte Elementary - Grandparents & GrandFriends Day
Who: Grandparents or older relatives/friends
Where: Student classrooms
When: Sept. 15th 7:50-9:00am
What: WP Elementary encourages students to bring an older loved one to visit the school. Participate in morning meeting and fun learning activities.
This event is geared towards grandparents or older relatives & friends. We request that parents allow connections to be made with those grownups and keep the event reserved for them.

What a fun start to the school year, West Platte! 💙 We had a blast seeing our families, students, and community come together at the annual Blue Jay Bash.

Thanks West Platte student council for hosting such a fun event and letting us be a part of it! And congratulations to our high school football team on their home victory against Maysville!

Today was our last PTO meeting of the 2025-2026 school year! We want to thank Samantha Fiser and Sarah Perdue for 4 years of service as our president and vice president.
