The Weston Community Children’s Association (WCCA) was founded in 1981 as a volunteer organization dedicated to fostering friendships and connections among families with young children in Weston and surrounding communities. The WCCA flourishes because of the energy and enthusiastic participation of our members. Each year, a Board of Directors is select

ed to oversee a wide variety of events and activities for the WCCA’s 250+ member families, including children’s programs, community service activities, educational forums and adult social events. These programs run from September through June, and anyone is welcome to join at anytime throughout the year. Whether you are new to town, or are looking for a way to meet other families with young children, joining the WCCA is a wonderful way to make new friends, connect with other families and become more involved in the community.

Welcome Weston 2026-2027 Kindergarteners!

Following classroom visits on Wednesday morning, the WCCA welcomes Kindergarteners and their families to join us on Alphabet Field to meet and mingle with classmates.

We’ll also have the PTO, WEEFC, Lands Sake Farm, and other Weston groups available for families to learn more about! Siblings welcome, BYO nut free lunch if you’d like to make it a picnic!

🥁 Announcing our newest member of the WCCA family… EMPEROR PENGUINS, waddling in soon! 👀🐧

Did you know one of the things that makes WCCA so unique is our age groups? 💚

From birth through age 5, every WCCA family belongs to an age group named after an endangered animal.

These groups create a smaller community within WCCA where families are experiencing similar milestones at the same time.

Each age group has dedicated volunteer leaders who organize age specific playdates & mom meet ups. ✨

It’s a wonderful way for both children and parents to build friendships that often continue long after kindergarten.
