Family courts systematically and arbitrarily removes one of the parents from the child / Children's lives. Family Court is not about the best interest of the child, it is about the multi-billion dollar divorce industry and the state’s treasury to maximize federal child support incentives under Title IV-D to pay for the states social programs/entitlements (TANF) via child support collected: @ https://www.acf.hhs.gov/css/resource/fy-2018-preliminary-data-report (p.11/42). It is ALL about the MONEY, period.

Family Courts in our country & in many other countries are causing financial ruin and emotional distress for “post-judgment” parents and children that ultimately have a negative effect on the government fiscal and administrative interest. The problem is that the U.S. Family Court system can act as a black hole where the presumption of innocence is a fairy tale, make-believe laws rule the land and successful appeals are a unicorn, creating a safe haven for “unfriendly” & " abusing" parents and Family Court dictators to reap material wealth and any unfortunate family that enters its boundaries risks finding themselves at a point of no return until the children age out of the system”.

The presentation of this evidence and findings should force politicians to undertake reform immediately

Everyone intentionally siding with the child abusers must be hold accountable for the crime of child abuse,

The one & only way to stop all types of child abuse, attorney abuse, financial abuse is to shut dawn the family courts for good & hold the curropt judges, attorneys and all legal bloodsuckers accountable for the crime of child abuse if intentionally delaying process instead of solving the matter for the best interest of the child & allowing to continue the abuse by delaying the process purposely to benefit the interest of legal bloodsuckers.

IMMUNITY should not protect the curropt Judges intentionally delaying Process & allowing the abuse to continue, that's not only a crime, not only destroying the children & families, it's also destroying our Nation's future.

So all involved in destroying young minds should be hold accountable for the crime of child abuse as well as for the crime of Nation's abuse as a trader to his/her country & be punished accordingly....

Reality is
Psychological abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse, social abuse, and financial abuse are all types of family bullying that can occur, especially during divorce, separation &PA
Offcourse with the full support of so called family courts pushing the good parents out of children's lives, leaving them with the abusing parents so fight continues till children ages out the court's jurisdiction and system's bloodsuckers continues benefiting by destroying children.
