Troop 6 had their kickoff meeting on August 26th. Welcome back to our returning Scouts and welcome to our new Scouts. We are looking forward to another great year!

If you missed the kickoff meeting, no worries, there's still time to see what Troop 6 is about. Our first regular meeting is September 9th at 7 pm. Please send us a message if you have a 6th to 12th grade boy that is interested in joining our scout-led boy troop.

The Troop doesn't hold regular meetings over the summer, but the boys still attend some activities.

They spent a week outdoors camping out in tents, working on earning merit badges and having other adventures while attending Summer Camp in Michigan.

They also spent a weekend staying in a comfortable cabin and going whitewater rafting in Wisconsin.

The Scouts had a great time this weekend camping at Blackwell Forest Preserve in DuPage County. We hiked, built fires, learned knots amd native plants, and tons more fun stuff!
