This afternoon at the National K-9 Memorial Service in Washington, D.C. It was a moving tribute to the courageous K-9 officers who served alongside their handlers with loyalty, courage, and dedication.

We honored the life and service of K9 Macho from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana. It was also great catching up with members of a neighboring agency and seeing law enforcement professionals from across the country come together in remembrance.

We remember the sacrifice of these four-legged heroes and the unbreakable bond they share with their handlers. May we never forget their service.

During National Police Week, Armour Families / Facing Fentanyl proudly recognizes the men and women of law enforcement who serve, protect, and stand beside communities across the nation.

This week is rooted in remembrance-honoring the officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty and the families who carry their legacy forward.
