Barber City Women's Club Non-profit service organization. The west section of Westminster bordering Bolsa, Bolsa Chica, Garden Grove Blvd.

We are a non-profit service organization founded in 1927 and a member of the General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC) since 1933. and Edwards was known as Barber City before it was incorporated into the city of Westminster in the 1950's.
