The big day is almost here, Woodrow Wilson families! Our Fun Run Fundraiser is happening this Friday, October 25th 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️, and we can’t wait to see everyone out there supporting our amazing students!

Schedule:

• PreK: 8:25-8:50
• 1st Grade: 8:50-9:20
• 2nd Grade: 9:20-9:50
• 3rd Grade: 9:50-10:20
• Kinder: 10:20-10:45
• 4th Grade: 10:45-11:15
• 6th Grade: 11:40-12:10
• 5th Grade: 1:20-1:50
Note: Middle School will run on Thursday, 10/24 at 10:00-10:30 AM.

Only 292 out of 514 students are registered, which is 56%. Let’s get everyone involved! Every student counts, and there’s still time to make a BIG difference! 🙌

📢 Reminder for All Woodrow Parents!

This Fall will be conducting our parent/teacher conferences in-person format. Don't forget to register ASAP! ☀️

The PTO is providing meals for our amazing teachers during these busy days, and we’re asking for your support in two ways:

1️⃣ Donate Funds – Help sponsor a teacher’s meal by donating the cost of a single meal or any amount you choose. Every bit helps!

2️⃣ Volunteer Your Time – We need volunteers to help set up and clean up meals on:

• Wednesday, October 16th (dinner)
• Thursday, October 17th (morning)

🌍 Fall Fundraiser: Our PTO’s “Explore the World” fun run is coming up on October 25th! We’re so excited for this year’s event—students are pumped, and we’ve got some awesome prizes in store. Parents, check out the flyers for details on how to register and support!

⚽️ Soccer Champs: Huge congratulations to our Wildcat soccer team for finishing the season 8-0 and winning the championship! Special shout out to our top scorer, Faris H., and all the players who made this season one to remember. Go Wildcats! 🏆💙

Our school is excited to kick off a fun-filled October with some exciting events and opportunities to support our community! Mark your calendars for these important dates:

🛼 10/2: GLOW PARTY in Skate City, Arvada
Join us for a fun evening of skating! A portion of the proceeds will go to support our school.

🎉 10/3: Fall Fundraiser Kick-Off
Get ready for our biggest fundraiser of the season! More details will be shared soon.

📅 10/15: PTO Meeting
Meet us at 6:30PM to discuss plans, updates, and ways you can get involved. Child Care provided for kids 3+.
