Regional Scrum Gathering® Singapore brought together an incredible community of agile professionals for two packed days of learning, connection, and big thinking. The social event was at the newly reopened Singapore Oceanarium, which featured 22 immersive zones spanning the oceans' past, present, and future.

Attendees formed self-organized teams and dove into "Another Future"—a multi-sensory collaborative experience set in 2159, where they raced through five stations to solve puzzles, explore coastal ecosystems, and confront the impact of plastic pollution.

Thank you to the organizers Victor Loke, Abhilash Anselm Menon, and Stuart Turner for creating such an amazing gathering! Enjoy an inside look at the event when you scroll through the photos.

We had a great time meeting so many AI leaders, practitioners, and innovators at AI4 in Las Vegas last week.

One thing came through clearly in our conversations: organizations aren’t just asking “What can AI do?” They’re asking how to turn AI investment into meaningful business results.

That’s where we see agility playing an important role.

At AI4, we shared our perspective on how agility and AI are complementary and how agile practices are evolving alongside AI. We also had the opportunity to bridge the conversation from strategy to implementation by sponsoring The AI Agent Playbook: A Strategic Roadmap for Implementation, with our training partner Jim Schiel of Artisan Agility joining the panel on our behalf.

The conversations reinforced four areas leaders are navigating right now:
◾ Strategy: Start with the business problem, not the technology.
◾ Risk: Build feedback loops to identify and respond to emerging risks.
◾ Value: Measure outcomes, not just AI adoption.
◾ Adoption: Treat AI implementation as an organizational change challenge.

The organizations that get the most from AI won’t be the ones with the most AI tools. They’ll be the ones that can learn, adapt, and continuously turn new capabilities into meaningful outcomes.

Regional Scrum Gathering Lisbon reminded us why we love bringing the agile community together. The energy in the room? Electric. The conversations? Inspiring. The connections? Unforgettable.

We asked the organizers to share with us something special about this gathering, and here is what they said.

"The Regional Scrum Gathering Lisbon 2026 was much more than a conference, it was a powerful demonstration of what a community can achieve when people come together around a shared purpose.

Organized by TugÁgil, a non-profit agile community founded just four years ago, the event brought together nearly 220 participants from diverse industries for a day of learning, inspiration, and meaningful connections. This was the second Regional Scrum Gathering organized by the community in Portugal, further establishing Lisbon as an important hub for the agile community in the Iberian region.

The program featured internationally recognized thought leaders such as Lyssa Adkins, David J. Anderson, Manuel Pais, and Paulo Caroli, alongside industry leaders sharing real-world experiences on Artificial Intelligence, Business Agility, Flow, Team Topologies, and organizational transformation.

What made this event truly special was its community spirit: a dedicated team of volunteers, sponsors who believed in our vision, and participants who turned every conversation, session, and interaction into an opportunity for collective learning and growth.

RSG Lisbon 2026 demonstrated that agility remains a powerful force for positive change when people, collaboration, and continuous learning are placed at the heart of everything we do. 💙"

How resilient is your operational strategy when markets shift?
Uncertainty demands adaptability. Discovering exactly where your organization stands is the first step toward safeguarding your growth and maximizing team output.

We engineered "The Enterprise Agility Compass" to remove the guesswork from organizational scaling. This executive-level maturity assessment delivers clear visibility into your current capabilities and defines your logical next steps.

The framework benchmarks your teams on a 1-to-5 scale across three core pillars:
1. Team Fundamentals and Delivery
2. Leadership and Culture
3. Continuous Learning and Community

Stop guessing where your transformation bottlenecks are. Gain the data-driven insights you need to align teams, optimize training budgets, and uncover hidden operational strengths.

We’re thrilled to welcome two new Certified Scrum Trainers (CSTs) to the global Scrum Alliance community! 🎉

Leandro Bodo
🌍 United Kingdom
💬 "Becoming a Certified Scrum Trainer gives me the opportunity to help more people improve their professional careers by doing scrum more effectively. All the learning acquired along the way only made me a better trainer. I am looking forward to starting to share them all."
💥 Fun fact about Leandro: "A funny thing that happened during my CST journey was when I was co-training in person with a CST in Portugal. He kept using the word “malta” to bring the class together, and it worked every single time - super effective. I genuinely thought it was some ‘ancient’ trainer facilitation technique… but it turns out it’s just a Portuguese word for “folks” haha."

Miho Nagase
🌍 Japan
💬 "Honored to join the CST community! I'm excited to learn from even more people as I help make their work easier and safer."
💥 Fun fact about Miho: "We've been organizing the Regional Scrum Gathering Tokyo for 15 consecutive years. Come join us every January!"
