While we are thankful for every donation, our most urgent needs are often very specific. Right now, these sizes are almost gone:

👧 Girls: Youth Medium & Large
👦 Boys: Youth Medium

Because each care package is personalized, the most helpful donations are the specific sizes we need in the moment, rather than simply choosing whatever happens to be available or on sale.

Thank you for helping us provide clothing that fits, comforts, and reminds each child they are seen and cared for.

Did you know we pack something special for other kids in the home, not just the ones in care?

Welcoming a new child into foster or kinship care affects the whole family. Routines change, emotions can feel big, and children already in the home are adjusting, too.

That's why each delivery includes a few thoughtful items for the other kids in the family. It may seem like a small detail, but it is one more way to help every child feel seen, included, and cared for during a time of transition.

Did you know every delivery we make includes a meal for the whole family?

When a child enters foster or kinship care, the first few days can feel full. Full of emotions, paperwork, appointments, adjustments, and new routines.

Providing a meal is one simple way we help ease the transition.

It gives the family one less thing to think about and creates space for them to slow down, gather around the table, and focus on welcoming a child with love.

At The Haven Impact, we believe supporting foster and kinship families means caring for the whole home.

This last week, our volunteers stepped up in a big way: packing 13 fully customized care packages for children entering foster and kinship care.

One delivery went to three young girls and they were absolutely ecstatic to receive items handpicked just for them. Clothes that fit and things they liked, all chosen with care.

Moments like this are why The Haven Impact exists.

Because of this sudden need, several items are out of stock, and we are urgently seeking help so we can continue supporting families quickly.

Did you know everything we pack is brand new?

Each item for every child is chosen with care.

When a child enters foster or kinship care, the details matter. A new pair of pajamas. Shoes that fit. Hygiene items of their own. A special stuffy chosen just for them.

At The Haven Impact, every care package is packed with brand-new items selected for a specific child’s age, size, needs, and interests. We believe children deserve more than basic supplies. They deserve to feel seen, valued, and welcomed with care.

This is one of the ways we help children in foster care feel loved and support the families saying yes.

We recently received a box of handmade stuffies from Sterling Correctional Facility, and they are unlike anything on our shelves.

They are unique, colorful, a little funky, and completely one-of-a-kind. And we love that!

Each one will eventually be tucked into a care package for a child entering foster or kinship care, where it can offer comfort, familiarity, and maybe even a smile during a really difficult transition.

This donation is such a meaningful reminder: not everyone is called to foster, but everyone can do something to support children and families.

Sometimes that “something” is opening your home. Sometimes it is delivering a meal, donating needed items, writing an encouraging note, giving financially, or using your hands to create something special. Every act of care matters.

We are so grateful for this thoughtful donation and for every person who finds a way to be part of caring for kids in foster care.
