If care keeps landing on you, meals, rides, appointments, check-ins,
you don’t need to keep holding it alone.

There is another way to organize support that protects you too.

You can find it in the link when you’re ready.

You were never meant to hold all of this by yourself.

Care works best when it’s shared, visible, and sustainable,
for everyone involved.

If you’re ready, the door is open.

We are seeking a very specific kind of therapist to partner with our family healing ecosystem.

We support families navigating complex attachment, identity wounds, nervous system dysregulation, and relational power dynamics. Many of the families we serve have lived inside systems where confusion, control, and manipulation shaped their reality.

We’re looking for a therapist who understands that.

Someone who:

• recognizes manipulation patterns without shaming or blaming.
• understands attachment complexity, including when care and harm exist together
• can hold firm care, warm, boundaried, not permissive, not punitive
• is comfortable naming power, control, and relational safety directly
• sees behavior as adaptive communication shaped by nervous system history
• respects parent expertise and collaborates rather than overrides
• understands that containment is often more therapeutic than insight
• can tolerate slow progress without escalating intervention prematurely
• is curious about physiology, environment, and identity repair alongside therapy
• does not need to be the hero in the story

Licensing in any U.S. state is welcome. Multi state licensure or PSYPACT participation is especially helpful.

This is a relational partnership, not a referral list.

We’re building a model where therapy sits inside a larger container of nervous system support, environmental design, and family level healing.

If this resonates deeply, we’d love to meet you.
If you know someone whose work carries this lens, please tag them.

We are intentionally selective. The families we serve deserve that level of care.

I made Kitchen Table Logistics for the person everything quietly falls on.

It’s a practical framework for organizing everyday care so it doesn’t depend on one exhausted person.

It’s free, because care shouldn’t have a paywall.
The link is there if it helps.

You don’t need to formalize care to make it sustainable.

You just need a way to share responsibility that doesn’t collapse onto one person.

Care can be organized quietly,
and still be deeply human.

Care doesn’t need to be big, public, or inspirational to be effective.

It needs to be held.
Repeatable.
Steady enough to last.

Sometimes the quietest systems do the most good.

This phrase sounds caring, and sometimes it’s well-intended.

But it often leaves the same person managing the follow-up, the remembering, and the coordination, again.

Reliable support doesn’t depend on asking.
It depends on predictability.

That difference changes everything.

Most people who are burned out aren’t avoiding responsibility.
They’re already carrying too much of it.

Support becomes real when responsibility is shared clearly,
not added quietly to the same person who’s always holding things together.

This is about sustainability, not effort.

Structure protects people.

Structure protects people.

This is where care stops feeling like survival.
