Westlake Demons Athletic Boosters - Ohio The Westlake Demons Athletic Boosters is a group of volunteers who raise funds to support athletic programs for Westlake City Schools, grades 7-12.

The Westlake Athletic Boosters (WDAB) is a group of volunteers who work throughout the year to raise funds to support athletic programs at Lee Burneson Middle School (LBMS) and Westlake High School (WHS). Our purpose is to encourage and foster community and student pride throughout the City of Westlake through:
•Development of LBMS and WHS athletic programs as a means of creating a community ident

ity;
•Promoting the highest standards of good sportsmanship among players, parents, school officials, fans and the general public;
•Cooperation and understanding among active participants in the community, administration, businesses, parents and students. Find out how the group supports the athletic programs at both Lee Burneson Middle School and at Westlake High and see how you can be part of that decision making process. Annually, the Westlake Athletic Boosters Club disburses funds to support equipment purchases, sports awards, annual scholarships, hospitality rooms for tournaments, matching expenses for start-up team and youth programs and more! WestFest is coming to the Westlake football field as the kickoff to the new school year! Sunday, August 16th from 3pm-5pm

The field will be packed with our teams, community partners, games, food trucks, and the marching band. It’s a new WDAB event, and it’s meant to feel like Westlake at its best!

This is our biggest membership drive of the year and a major focus for WDAB. Families get a chance to learn what WDAB supports and how membership directly connects to the teams and programs their students are involved in. We’re also working to get younger families excited, engaged, and involved in WDAB. At its core, the goal is to grow participation and build stronger support for Westlake athletics.

Teams will each run a featured activity - with player participation at the center of it all. Coaches and parent reps will help with outreach, promotion, and getting their families involved. We’ll follow up with coaches separately with details.

We’re also kicking off the Demon Power Drive, running August 16th through October 2nd (Homecoming), as a click-and-donate campaign supporting WDAB, with teams also able to earn funds through their participation. It's gonna be a big goal - but that's the point and we're ready for it! More to come on this...

WestFest doesn’t run without help, and we’re looking for people to be part of it. There are plenty of way to be involved!!
