Westlake Demons Athletic Boosters - Ohio The Westlake Demons Athletic Boosters is a group of volunteers who raise funds to support athletic programs for Westlake City Schools, grades 7-12.

The Westlake Athletic Boosters (WDAB) is a group of volunteers who work throughout the year to raise funds to support athletic programs at Lee Burneson Middle School (LBMS) and Westlake High School (WHS). Our purpose is to encourage and foster community and student pride throughout the City of Westlake through:
•Development of LBMS and WHS athletic programs as a means of creating a community ident

ity;
•Promoting the highest standards of good sportsmanship among players, parents, school officials, fans and the general public;
•Cooperation and understanding among active participants in the community, administration, businesses, parents and students. Find out how the group supports the athletic programs at both Lee Burneson Middle School and at Westlake High and see how you can be part of that decision making process. Annually, the Westlake Athletic Boosters Club disburses funds to support equipment purchases, sports awards, annual scholarships, hospitality rooms for tournaments, matching expenses for start-up team and youth programs and more! To keep this momentum going and show the top programs around what Westlake is made of, our athletes need a facility that works as hard as they do. That’s why WDAB is launching the Demon Power Drive!

You know those "Why don't we have..." questions? This is how we answer them. The weight room is where every single Demon team comes together to put in the work. It’s the engine room for the entire athletic program, and it’s time to give it a serious upgrade.

🏈 FRIDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL IS BACK!

We’re kicking off the Home Opener with our Fan Zone from 5-7 pm, presented by WDAB and featuring LBMS Football & Cheerleading!

The Fan Zone brings pregame fun, food, and plenty of Demon spirit. CLE Chicken Food Truck will have dinner covered, while Bay Provisions will be serving drinks, assorted desserts and their special Demon Tracks ice cream!

The new W Shop Trailer will be open, and we’ll be celebrating Youth Football & Cheer Night before the Demons take on Clearview.

🇺🇸 Plus, it’s Military Appreciation Night, giving us a chance to recognize and thank those who have served and continue to serve our country.

OMG. WESTFEST. WESTLAKE. 💚

We’re still trying to wrap our heads around it.

We had an idea for a new event and hoped people would come. The weather forced us to change the plan, but you showed up. Wow did you show up. BIG.

You got a glimpse of what makes our athletic programs so special. Our teams and athletes were pumped to be there, and it was pretty awesome watching them represent their sports.

From our custodial and maintenance crews to our volunteers, sponsors and everyone in between - thank you. We couldn’t have done it without you.

And thank you, Westlake! We hope you had a great time. You made our first WestFest one to remember. What a great way to kick off the school year!!

Now we’re heading to the field! We’re already working on some fun for August 28. LET’S KEEP THIS WESTLAKE ENERGY GOING!! 🏈🎀

Mother Nature has other plans, so WestFest is moving inside Westlake High School tomorrow from 3–5 PM!

We’re bummed to lose the field, but the fun is still ON! The dunk tank is staying, food trucks will be lined up out front, and all the games, music, prizes and more are coming inside.

Same date. Same time. Same WestFest spirit. Just a new location!

🌱 A LITTLE 'GROUND WORK' IS GOING INTO WESTFEST!

A great space doesn’t just happen - it begins with a vision, comes together, and takes some work to keep it looking its best.

Sounds a lot like WestFest.

It started with an idea, we’ve been building it, and on August 16, it all comes to life at the WHS field!
