Live Like Erin Foundation

Live Like Erin Foundation Remembering Erin Kramer (McGinty) through supporting families in the Northeast Ohio community who have been impacted by breast cancer.

The Live Like Erin Foundation was created in memory of Erin Kramer (McGinty). A devoted mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend to many who lost her battle with breast cancer in 2020. Our purpose is to honor Erin by helping others in need and making charitable donations to causes that she was passionate about. Live Like Erin ( ) is a way of life, to do what you can to be there for others just like Erin was there for so many.

St Patrick’s Day edition☘️☘️

It’s only fitting for our Erin to be spreading her Irish magic to another Irish mother and family in need on this day.

This Brunswick, OH mother was diagnosed a couple of years back with breast cancer at the age of 43. She recently learned her cancer has metastasized into Stage 4. The treatments have begun again which includes chemo and it’s forced her to resign from her career role as a teacher to focus on herself.
She is fortunate enough to have her husband and 5 yr old son by her side but the reality of the cancer spreading weighs heavy on her mind.

Our donation to this family will hopefully provide some positive vibes and ease some of the financial burdens they are experiencing💕☘️🍍

2/19/26- This week, the Foundation had the privilege of supporting a fellow NOHS alumna — and I know Erin would be incredibly proud and deeply honored.
She is just 36 years old, a devoted wife and mother to two young boys, ages 3 and 8. In December, she discovered a lump. By January, she learned that she has Stage IV metastatic breast cancer that has spread to her bones and lymph nodes. She is now beginning hormone-blocking therapy and is hopeful that her first line of treatment will be effective for as long as possible.
At this time, she is able to receive treatment locally in Maryland. However, if more advanced care is needed, she may have to travel over an hour each way. With so much uncertainty ahead, she may also be forced to step away from work, creating additional financial strain during an already overwhelming season. The LLE Foundation is truly honored to help ease some of that burden.

Thank you for your continued generosity and support. Because of you, we are able to carry Erin’s light forward and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. 🍍🍀💛

Happy birthday, Collin!!! Your mom is proud of you and so are we!💙🎉🎂

We have officially helped out our first mother of 2026💕
This Twinsburg, OH mother to a 10 yr old son and 6 yr old daughter has been battling breast cancer since 2021 when she was first diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer. After going through chemo, a lumpectomy, and radiation she hoped she would be on the road to recovery but this past fall the cancer resurfaced as a tumor in her chest and has now spread to her ovaries and lymph nodes, Stage 4.
Her outlook is positive though because her doctors have a gameplan for her and she has a strong support system with her husband, children, and family in the local area. The one thing that has been a struggle is her ability to work fulltime due to the treatments and also the fatigue she has been experiencing. Our donation will help the family with the loss of income and help her focus more on her treatments.

Thank you to everyone for the continued support of the Live Like Erin Foundation as we look to make 2026 our best year yet with impacting the lives of these mothers as they continue their fight with cancer❤️🍍☘️

LLE Foundation Holiday Edition

Recently we were referred to an Avon, OH single mother with a high school daughter battling Stage 4 breast cancer. She was diagnosed Stage 2 back in 2021 then elevated to Stage 4 in 2022.
Unfortunately this mother has had to spend the past few years attending multiple treatments, surgeries, and doctor appointments. She previously was a professional in Human Resources for a prominent company in Cleveland but was forced to step away from her career and has had to rely on disability due to her condition.
With everything that is going on, her spirit seems strong and what keeps her going is her daughter and making sure she still excels in school and can enjoy her teenage childhood.
Our donation will help that spirit grow even more and hopefully provide this family with a holiday season filled with magical moments and memories🎁🎅🏼

The Live Like Erin Foundation would like to take a moment and thank everyone that has supported us to allow for another successful year. Enjoy the holiday season with your loved ones! 🍍💕☘️

💫Did you know that many companies will match charitable donations made by their associates? If you’re considering an end of year donation to The Live Like Erin Foundation, it’s possible that your gift could go twice as far!👯‍♀️

Ask your Human Resources department if donation matching is offered at your company, and if they have specific criteria for which charities are eligible. Most companies with this program just require a form to be filled out + a donation receipt! We would be so appreciative if you considered us, and we’d also be very impressed by your strategically doubled donation!😉

🙏Thank you for everything you’ve done this year to support families facing this life-altering diagnosis.🩷

The LLE Foundation had recently been referred to a young mother from Medina that is battling Stage 2 Hodgkin lymphoma after doctors discovered a tumor in her chest. She was diagnosed this summer, roughly 9 months after the delivery of her newborn son.
She went from enjoying the bliss of being a first time mother to the reality of being a cancer patient and focusing herself on beating this.
Currently she is doing chemotherapy and also doing her best to continue working as a nurse. Her employer has granted her some flexibility around her treatments and when she isn’t feeling well enough to be working but she has also been pressured to limit her work schedule due to working in a hospital and being around patients.
Our donation will help ease the sacrifice of her reducing her work schedule even if its just temporary.

Thank you to everyone that has been supportive of our Foundation. October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and hopefully our cause brings awareness to our network/community and those involved.

October is also the month we lost our beloved Erin to her battle with cancer💕
In everything we do, we do it in honor of her🍍☘️

It’s also the month of Halloween which was an Erin favorite🎃👻
