Inspirare Productions added a new gathering place, this time at the Bass Grocery building in Chico Texas. About three dozen enthusiasts became temporary Inspirare members to enjoy the tour. Members of the Wise County Historical Commision kicked off thier Spring tour at the impressively renovated First Christian Church before heading to the Bass and then to Bridgeport.

The Bass building makes a natural historical museum with its displays on the first floor, the chapel vibe over looking the square on the second story, and it's authentically rare underground speakeasy. Another staircase, flooring repair, and electrical work will take place before next year's opening and Inspirare will be there!

Inspirare's Garden Party had a touch of "WOW" for those who came. Despite multiple threats from the weatherman, the Pavilion and Amphitheatre were both well attended. FLUTISSIOM was simply fabulous, kicking off their Spring concert series (check it out) at the Stagecoach Preserve Pavilion. Steve McDonald and the garden guests got into the Carribian vibe and all left happily satisfied if not totally mesmerized.

We decided to expand the Christmas season to include a Boxing Day event, December 26th, to enjoy another evening on the trails of Stagecoach Preserve. The weather was unforgetable!

Inspirare was happy to add Thomas Lovett to our caroling at the base of this magnificent tree, the largest of its kind in North Texas. The weather was rainy up to the event so only the determined had all the fun at the tree, walking the Christmas lit trails, plus cheese, wine, warm fires and conversations at the enchanting amphitheatre.

It's time for the 9th Annual Stagecoach Hills Christmas Tree Lighting! Gate opens 6:00 this Saturday at 13187 Thornton Drive, Westlake. Come caroling with us at the largest living classic Christmas Tree in North Texas. Tree lighting is at 7:00 but come early enough to walk the enchanting trail to this remote location. Live music and refreshments are sponsored by Inspirare Productions.

Thank you haunted trails (with some proceeds going to Inspirare), and now it is time for decorating the largest living classic Christmas tree in North Texas. We will gather (it's free) at 7:00, November 29th, the first Saturday after Thanksgiving. Bring your Thanksgiving Gratitude and start this special season by singing Christmas carols, listening to live music, eating our cookies, drinking a bit of Christmas cheer, and enjoying this experience in a "Norman Rockwell" setting.

Frontier Day is coming! Saturday, October 18th at 6:00 at 13109 Roanoke Road in Westlake, is when and where we will unveil our rich frontier stories. It aims to capture the imagination, share the unexpected, and bring our families / community together.

We will have Texas Swing music, local historical items, the oldest (1870s) originally standing home in the area, food & drinks, teepee, frontier tools, Westlake memorabilia, and stories of wonder.
