Applications are officially open for the Open Hearts Foundation’s 2025 grant cycle. This year, we are funding initiatives that support mental wellness through the arts.

If you’re a nonprofit leader using creativity to help others heal, we want to hear your story. Whether you offer art therapy, music workshops, dance, poetry, or any form of artistic expression that promotes emotional wellbeing, this opportunity is for you.
