Rainbow Rescues Inc is a volunteer run agency created to help find homes for surrendered, abandoned, abused, homeless, unwanted or neglected pets. Each animal surrendered to our agency is evaluated for health and temperament issues, given all age appropriate vaccinations, altered, and prepared for life with a loving family. We charge a small adoption donation for our animals which helps to cover t
he medical treatment for the animals and all of the provisions needed for our foster homes. This donation in no way covers the emergency medical care some pets require and does not cover any expenses involved in extended care. We rely on our wonderful network of supporters for our operating funds. Maria and Shawn O'Brien have been involved in pet and animal activities for well over 15 years. Brother and sister have dedicated their lives to helping as many animals as they can through education, understanding, training, and love. Our volunteer run agency does not keep regular office hours but is staffed when our volunteers are able to dedicate their time to the immense amount of paperwork and contacts involved in Rescuing pets. No one in our Rescue receives any compensation for the work they do for these pets in need. Which means that 100% of our received donations goes towards our tireless efforts to save these pets.
