Thank you to everyone who donated to Raise the Region earlier this week. Your generosity is greatly appreciated and will go a long way in supporting our community initiatives.
In case you missed the event and still want to help the Historical Society cover the expenses of moving the school bell from atop the old Westfield High School, getting it cleaned, and placing it in a unique monument, you are in luck! We are still accepting donations for this meaningful project. Contributions can be mailed to our museum at 151 West Main Street, Westfield, PA. Every gift helps preserve our local history for future generations.

Each organization needs at least 10 donors for the event. Help our organizations out.

And a quick correction from the last update β€” yes, is human and there was a typo earlier. The good news? We’ve still reached THE incredible milestone! Tioga County nonprofits have now raised $152,518 in donations and prizes so far.
A Little over 2 hours still for donations to be made and a few more prizes to be won.

Sorry for the delay on this update, Jess got sidetracked and then wanted to wait for the next round or prizes to update...BUT they are still being calculated by the amazing team at First Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania.
AND now she's joined Kayla on the happy tears team...She's been saying for weeks that she'd like to see us hit the $150K mark! We not only hit it....but we passed it and still have a few hours left to make donations. Current donation and prize total for Tioga County Nonprofits is $154,113 (unofficially).
Northern Tier Industry & Education Consortium, United Methodist Church of Wellsboro (Wellsboro Area Food Pantry) and Westfield Area Historical Society still need a few donations to get to their 10 unique donations. Lets help get them there so they can participate next year as well.
Packer Park Boosters is good since they are withing the Tioga County Partnership for Community Health with Westfield Community Arts.
Those with bolded prizes won Minute Match prizes, we have them marked for 1 each, BUT they could have received more than one match.

We are so incredibly thankful to see these numbers continue to rise. The total is now at $119,136 in donations and prizes coming to the Tioga County NonProfits!!!! We still have a few who have not reached their minimum of 10 unique donations, so if you're feeling giving today, help them out.
AND it has been confirmed Second Chance Animal Sanctuaries did get the Tioga County Challenge prize. Blossburg Memorial Library also won a SECOND $1000 prize with the KINTRA 100 Reasons to Give Prize!

HOLY SMOKES!! The Tioga County Challenge was HOT! While we are waiting for the final results, the UNOFFICIAL results are in and ya'll made Kayla cry tears of joy with your giving spirits! 60 Minutes, about 300 donations, totaling over $35,000! We had 2 Organizations going neck and neck for the entire hour. Second Chance Animal Sanctuaries ended the hour with 57 donations and Blossburg Memorial Library with 45! Again, these are unofficial numbers. This hour brought our current total of donations and prizes for Tioga County to $101,776!!!!
