Response time/hours of operation? We will respond as quickly as possible; however, all communications will be responded to within 48 hours excluding Friday-Sunday. Emails and Facebook will not be checked on weekends/holidays or gym closures. (Please understand we are volunteers doing this out of the goodness of our heart and have families too.) Any cancelations made at the last moment is subject to late cancelation fee. What information do I need prior to signing up for fundraisers? Please be sure to read the complete description of the commitment that is required prior to signing up for each fundraiser. All fundraising requirements must be met in order to receive payout from profits for each event you commit to. Anyone attending a fundraising event must represent ICE in a proper and professional manner. Failure to represent ICE in this manner and following guidelines set for the event may cause you to be removed from future fundraising opportunities. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the booster club at any time! Please note that 10% of all fundraising will remaining in the booster club. These funds cover the insurance that must be purchased to work with Levy & Legends, and covers the yearly tax fees for the booster club. How do I apply my money from fundraisers, scripts, concerts etc.? Your will received monthly statements on the 15th of every month to let you know the balance you have available in your account. Any funds that you would like transferred to your gym account to pay fees must be sent to the following email [email protected] by the 20th of the month. We transfer all money to the gyms on the 25th of the month. (You will receive a receipt with a credit from BC or can check your account at www.icecheer.com.) SCRIPTS: How do I start scripting? What is Scripts? Simply Put: Instead of selling a product like other fundraising we do, you purchase “gift cards” for items you would already be buying and receive 2-15% back. My weekly/monthly scripts include: gas, groceries, school clothes, home improvement, gifts, quick dinner stops after practice, etc. You just simply pay through Scripts rather than how you pay now. https://www.shopwithscrip.com/
When will I receive Scripts? Scriptnow is available immediately, you can bookmark the app “myscriptwallet” to your phone or print your purchase. All physical card orders must be placed by Sunday at midnight. Cards are available for pick up at the front desk

All concerts will have a volunteer lead parent assigned to oversee the event. What information do I need prior to working my concert date? You must compete your basset training prior to the event. Basset certifications have been turned in, but please have a copy just in case. Dress code, a uniform shirt will be provided by Legends when you arrive. Please submit your shirt size with your request to work. This shirt will be given back to Legends when you have completed your shift for the day. Please wear black chino pants or shorts and closed toed shoes. A black hat will be provided to you to wear as well. Women need to have their hair pulled back. Reporting times are listed on the concert signup sheet. Report to Gate 3 at the listed time unless advised otherwise by the Booster Club. Accountability when you sign up? Once you sign up to work a concert you must follow though. In the event of a last minute emergency you must find your own sub OR there is a no-show fee of $100. This is Legends policy!! This is a privilege to work these events, please keep this in mind. How/When do I receive payout? Cash tips are split by booth and are taken home that night. The lead parent assigned will handle or delegate this. Funds are mailed to the booster club in Indy approximately 4-6 weeks after the concert for the cc tips and other earnings. How/When do I receive payout? Profits from fundraisers will be counted and totals emailed out within 72 hours excluding weekends, holidays, and gym closures for special events. Product Selling: Such as popcorn, laundry detergent, and candy bars
