Previously known as Friends of the Westfield Animal Shelter Inc, we have reorganized and our new name is Open Arms Rescue, Inc. While we have always been and still are available to assist dogs located at the Westfield Regional Animal Shelter, our mission has been expanded enabling us to assist dogs outside of the local area. We are a foster based, registered, non-profit 501(c)(3) that specializes in providing funding for emergency medical pet care.
