The Rotary Club of Westfield is continuing its program of honoring high school students who have exhibited excellence as a student and as an individual.
The Club will award (3) scholarships of $2,500, to be used towards future continuing education, post trade vocation, and/or journey level worker.
To qualify, the applicant must be a Westfield resident or attend one of Westfield’s high schools. The applicant must also be in their Senior year.
The application shall include the following documents or will be deemed incomplete:
1. School transcript for grades 9-12. Grade 12 through January 1, 2026.
2. Provide a summary of community volunteer service activities. This summary should include the activity, dates of participation, and number of hours per activity. Please be as specific and complete as possible.
3. Provide a summary of extracurricular activities such as committees, music, arts, clubs, scouts, and sports. Please provide dates of service (or years) and hours per week for the activities.
4. Please provide a summary of your plans after graduating high school. For example: four college and/or university, two-year college, vocational technical school, journey worker program.
Please submit documents in a typed format, not handwritten.
The recipients will be invited to a Rotary lunch meeting, held Mondays at noon at the Bubble Mug Café in the Pottery Cellar, located at 77 Mill Street in Westfield.
