Excellent Schools = Excellent Communities ☘

The Westfield Education Foundation is proud to partner with the Westfield Classroom Teachers Association (WCTA) to support the Mentor/Mentee Program, helping invest in the success of our educators and strengthening teaching and learning across Westfield Washington Schools.

Through mentorship, collaboration, and professional support, new teachers are connected with experienced colleagues who help them navigate their first years in the classroom, build confidence, and strengthen their instructional practice. Feedback from participants highlighted the value of the relationships formed, the welcoming culture created, and the positive impact on professional growth.

When we empower educators, we strengthen classrooms. When we strengthen classrooms, we strengthen our schools. And when our schools thrive, our entire community benefits.
