What an unforgettable weekend! Thanks to beautiful weather, thousands of visitors, and an amazing community, our 54th Annual YWCA Arts & Crafts Festival was one of our best yet.

To our talented vendors—thank you for bringing your creativity and craftsmanship to Moore Park.

To our dedicated volunteers—thank you for the countless hours you gave before, during, and after the festival. This event wouldn't happen without you.

To the Westfield Police Department, Village of Westfield Department of Public Works, Westfield Electric Department, and everyone who helped keep our festival safe, supplied with power, and welcoming—thank you for your support and service.

To our incredible musical performers—thank you for filling the park with energy and creating the perfect soundtrack for the weekend.

And to every person who came out to shop, eat, listen to music, and support local artisans—thank you for making this event such a tremendous success. Every purchase, every smile, and every visit helps support the mission of YWCA Westfield and strengthens our community.

It’s the final day of the Arts & Crafts Festival, and you won’t want to miss it! If yesterday’s smiles, talented artisans, delicious food, and incredible community spirit are any indication, today is going to be another fantastic day.

🎶 Live Music Today: Join us from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM for live entertainment by Earl Wallace and 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM for Pat Cook while you browse unique handmade goods, support our amazing vendors, and soak up the festival atmosphere.

The wait is over! Moore Park is full of talented artisans, handcrafted treasures, delicious food, live music, and community spirit. Our vendors are set up and ready to welcome you for an incredible weekend!

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

📣 Vendors: Start your morning with complimentary donuts, coffee, and tea at the gazebo! Throughout the weekend, our volunteers will also be making their rounds with bottled water to help keep everyone refreshed.

🚻 Arts & Crafts Festival Update: Restroom Locations 🚻

To help make your festival experience as comfortable as possible, portable restrooms will be available throughout the event for both vendors and patrons.

📍 Porta Potty Locations:

* Next to the McClurg
* St. Peter’s Episcopal Church

Please help us keep these facilities clean and accessible for everyone throughout the weekend.

📣 Vendor Information – We’re Here to Help!

Welcome to the 54th Annual YWCA Westfield Arts & Crafts Festival! We’re excited to have you join us this weekend.

If you have any questions when you arrive—whether you need help finding your booth, locating your assigned space, or have general setup questions—our YWCA Board Members and volunteers will be stationed at the gazebo in Moore Park and ready to assist.

Our goal is to make your setup as smooth and stress-free as possible so you can focus on preparing for a fantastic weekend.

🚧✨ The Countdown Is On! ✨🚧

Moore Park is officially marked, measured, and ready!

Today, our YWCA Westfield board spaced out vendor spaces, making sure everything is in place for another incredible festival. It’s amazing to see the park begin its transformation—and tomorrow, it all starts coming to life as our talented artisans and makers begin setting up their booths.

The countdown is on! In just one week, Moore Park will be filled with talented artisans, handcrafted treasures, delicious food, live entertainment, and thousands of visitors celebrating the 54th Annual YWCA Westfield Arts & Crafts Festival.

🚌 Free Shuttle Service
Skip the parking hassle! Complimentary shuttles will run continuously between Westfield Academy & Central School and Moore Park:

Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
