Helping couples become families! We are thrilled for our 2nd annual Birdies for Babies-Indy!

Birdies for Babies was established by Todd and Melissa Trader as a way to help offset the costs of fertility treatment to deserving couples. Together they have hosted over 19 annual golf outings in the Chicagoland area and Ohio and have raised well over $20,000 at each outing. The second annual Birdies for Babies Indy will be held at Woodwind golf club in Westfield, IN on August 26, 2022. All proc

eeds from the outing will go to a family or families that meet the criteria and are selected to be the beneficiaries of this event.

✨Meet the Lembkes 👇🏼

Christian and I met in college while pursuing our shared passion for teaching, and today we are blessed to work side by side doing what we love. After more than five years of trying to grow our family, we were told IVF was our only path forward. While this journey hasn’t been easy, we have remained hopeful and held on to faith. We have been blessed with love and support from many family and friends.

We are incredibly grateful and honored to be selected as the Birdies for Babies beneficiary. This opportunity brings us one step closer to our dream of becoming parents and giving a sibling to our sweet pup, Mackey. We give all the glory to God for His goodness, and we are so thankful to the Grider family and everyone involved for their generosity and support.

We’re Gina and Evan. We met back in 2012 at Lawrence North High School and went on to attend Ball State University together. We’ve been together for nearly eight years and married for almost three. Today, we call Irvington home, where we live with our two dogs, Neely and McKinley.

Like many, our infertility journey has been a long and challenging road. Along the way, we’ve faced cancer diagnoses, failed transfers, and more. But through it all, we’ve never lost hope. We’ve leaned on each other and the love and support of our family and friends every step of the way.

We feel incredibly honored and blessed to be named this year’s Birdies for Babies recipients. This opportunity helps us continue our journey to parenthood—and for that, we are so grateful.
