🎉 HAPPY JUSTICE ANNIVERSARY [Fedij v. State of Indiana]
Lady Fedij Dominates Attorney General Todd Rokita & Carmel Police Department (Carmel, Ind.)

📌 Prosecute / : Sue Finkam Carmel Mayor fails to fulfill her duty as public servant, to rid us of Shelby Jellison the unlawfully dishonest cop.
Jellison perjured herself to jurors, lied to jurors that a crime had been commited, when it had not.
➡️ Jellison made it up, which resulted in a wrongful conviction of a carmel lady + ongoing crimes against citizens.
➡️ Jellison was given money benefit with our tax monies for her multiple perjurous lies to juries + excessive police misconduct by the corrupt regime of disgraced ex-chief Jim Barlow + his boyfriend disgraced ex-mayor Jim Brainard of City of Carmel, Indiana
A pattern and culture of official misconduct + dishonest policy in violation of constitutional rights.
Brainard, Jellison + the Carmel cops are known to retaliate against those who criticize their wrongdoings & official misconduct.
A prosecutors most basic duty is to never introduce charges with zero evidence of crime. It is high cost to the wrongly accused, including loss of life, freedoms, financial loss, familial strain. It costs taxpayers huge money. These cases affect entire communities.
Most of Hahn's improper charges affect the most vulnerable.
This case, among many others, highlights the incompetence of Hamilton County, Indiana 's Valorie Hahn, Jellison, Brainard, and Barlow.
The sheer number of wrongful charges filed by Hahn, makes her one of Hamilton County's most morally bankrupt individuals.

🏛️ Indiana high courts look out for us, when our trial courts fail us.
🏛️ the historic Opinion : 26 pages in my favor and the favor of all Hoosiers, it protects against rights issues by setting in stone the states obligation to test material to ensure wrongful convictions like my own, do not continue.
🏛️ those obligations were *already* obligations of the state & cops. This case exists due to Carmel Police Department deep pattern of jailing innocents.
I am happy to have brought those injustices to light, my work has resulted in many innocent persons dismissals.
Cop Shelby Jellison commits perjury in open court, putting all community at risk.
