Peripheral neuropathy is one of the onsets from celiac disease, which is what I have. If anyone has experienced this as well, I would love to hear from you and what you do to help keep the pain and numbness in control. This winter/cold weather cuts right through my bones, and if anyone has any suggestions how to handle cold weather, I would love to hear from you!!

Poll - Ok, this might seem to be a little personal but i have noticed something since going gluten free.. I would get cold sores at LEAST 3 times a year, but since i started my gluten free diet, i have not had one cold sore. Has anyone else experienced this? I find this to be VERY interesting to say the least. There has to be a connection to this. Please let me if anyone else has experienced this. I think this would be great info to include if there ifs a connection with cold sores and gluten.

Has anyone seen the new Donatos gluten free pizza ads on T.V.? Well, it had been such a long time since I had a pizza I thought I would give it a try. When I ordered online they did have a disclaimer that it is made along side the gluten pizza's... and I know about cross contamination, but I thought I would try anyway... let me just say, I will NEVER do that again!

The news is true: We are launching a new line of gluten-free Pillsbury products, including Pie and Pastry, Cookie and Pizza doughs! While the excitement is high, the products will have a limited national release at the end of May - with wider distribution coming later in the summer. Please stay tuned for further details...

To all my Celiac peeps - I have a question. It has been a little over 6 months since my diagnosis. And anyone who has done research on how long it takes to recover those small intestines, the median length is 6 months. Which is pretty much inline with my case - my diet is under control, but to the point that now I am CONSTANTLY hungry.. does/has anyone else experienced this?
