We heard some tips from Dr. Rabia Sajid (UChicago Medicine AdventHealth La Grange) on breast cancer prevention. During each monthly walk, local physicians and healthcare professionals share practical, evidence-based health tips, answer questions, and walk alongside participants in a relaxed, supportive environment. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. As part of our October 20 Walk with a Doc - 3rd Tuesday of each Month , the doctor leading the health talk at the start of the walk will focus on breast cancer screenings and prevention.
