River of Light

River of Light River of Light is a non-profit organization dedicated to the pick up and delivery of food and misc. household items to those in need in the Chicago-land area.

Since 1989, the mission of River of Light, Ltd. has been to pick-up and deliver food, clothing and other household items to the homeless, needy individuals and various organizations in the Chicago area. Only financial constraints prevent us from doing more. At River of Light, we rely solely on the charitable donations of generous citizens, businesses, churches and corporations. Monetary gifts and

contributions are crucial in order to continue our mission and to pay our charities operating expenses. Each year we are able to serve more than 200,000 people because of the generous contributions we receive. We could not have such a positive impact on our community without you! We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and we cannot continue to operate without contributions from people like you.

Enjoying the fun with the guys who help unload my truck every Wednesday ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผtheir characters ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ I enjoyed them immensely and thanks to John Fix for volunteering. It was overall a great day. J๏ฟผohn really enjoyed himself.

My faith tells me to share everything to help each, and every one of us to become closer and deeper in our faith and always understand โ€ฆwe must be prepared for that special calling someday.. entry and prayers. Eventually, we will all be together in the beautiful next life.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿฅฐ
