Couleecap, Inc. Giving over 27,000 people in Wisconsin's Coulee Region a hand in the fight against poverty. We are a community action agency serving our area for 50 yrs.

Couleecap helps people with housing, food, transportation, and more. Created in 1966, we are a community action program that fights poverty and promotes self-sufficiency in Crawford, La Crosse, Monroe, and Vernon counties. Please see our website for more information about our programs.
