The Femcho Foundation 30 minutes of dance/fitness, 30 minutes of girl-talk and a lifetime of confidence!

A program that enables girls and teens to be healthy and confident in a cool hip way! Participants dance and move to their favorite tunes, and discuss important issues in a safe, nurturing environment. We bring our program to schools, girl scout troops, libraries and community centers.
