As you can imagine, the kids have been terrified of the unknown. Because the parts that they know are terrible. They see predators throughout their neighborhoods. Two have had a relative taken. They've been harassed and stalked. Former GOOD kids have been abducted. They see what happened to Renee Good and Alex Pretti.
We're here for the kids. To keep them safe, fed, warm, and loved. I've been saying this for fifteen years, as long as I have been at the helm of MPTC. The definition of safety has changed, though. How much trauma can these kids take? In the meantime, here's our contribution to their childhood. An oasis in Westbrook and Biddeford. Food and love aplenty. Where a kid can be a kid, albeit temporarily.
It's time for a drastic change.
