Another feel good moment.
When I got home last evening from canvassing, l met a check for $60. An old friend said he was driving around Westbrook and saw my sign so he stop by to make a donation. I'm humble by the many complements and supports I'm receiving.

Another feel-good moment.
While on the campaign trails this even, I met a lady. I give her my palm card and asked for her support on November 5th. When I turn to walk away, she noticed the picture of my two sons on the back of the card. She said; "wait a minute. Who are your children?" Before I could tell her, she said the names of my son's and daughter. She later told me how she had been my children's school bus driver since we moved in Westbrook ten years ago. She was so happy to hear that I'm running for city council.

While canvassing last evening, I met this elderly gentleman; I presented my palm card to him and asked him for his support in November 5th. He browse my card and said; "l like you. I want to support your campaign". He give me $5. I felt very blessed and I'm more confident of a successful campaign.
