2026 KACL-NE Civic Engagement & Leadership Summer Scholarship Application, open now!

Korean American Citizens League of New England (KACL-NE) is a non-partisan, non-profit organization founded in 1990 to provide a coherent political voice within the community. The KACL summer scholarship program strives to encourage Korean Americans to participate in civic engagement, city and municipal government and non-profit programming. The goal is to expose students to public policy-related careers and mentors to develop and hone their leadership skills.

KACL-NE invites high school and college students to apply to the scholarship program which is open to students who plan to complete a summer internship through civic engagement.

KACL-NE will select up to 4 high school students and 4 college students. High school students will receive a $1000 scholarship and college students will receive a $2000 scholarship.

Save the Date: December 20, 2025 for Holiday Party Dance Night featuring DJ Peach 🍑 former resident DJ at Maru Lounge in 2019, she has kept people dancing since at various venues in New York, Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania, Canada, South Korea and now she will add, Massachusetts.

She is an artist and produced her first single “Sea of Lights” in June 2021. She is currently a resident DJ at Mission Nightclub and performs at many notable venues in New York such as Lavo NY and Sony Hall.
