One Mission is a pediatric cancer charity dedicated to making life brighter for kids fighting cancer and providing comfort, support, and relief to patients and families from diagnosis, through treatment, and beyond.

For Carly (carly 💌) the One Mission Resource Room was every kid’s dream: video games, puzzles, gifts, and a place where, for a little while, it didn’t feel like she was in the hospital.

That sense of normalcy meant more than simply having fun. It supported the emotional side of cancer that people don’t always see, helping Carly reclaim pieces of the childhood treatment had taken away and feel like herself again.

She remembers leaving the One Mission Resource Room smiling ear to ear, with the color back in her face and feeling a little more whole.

Now, years in remission, Carly is giving back to the community that once gave so much to her. 🎗️

On Thursday, September 3, AAM 15 is bringing the community together at the Crowne Plaza Woburn for an incredible night benefiting One Mission! Just when we thought nothing could surprise us anymore, Sally Morin knocks us off our feet by buzzing FOUR times in one year! 🤯 One buzz for every year she has participated in the Buzz Off! 💜

A special way to honor so many and share this personal journey with those who mean the most.

• Her first was right before Easter, with 3 of her nephews and 2 of their kids helping shave her head. 👏
• Her second was around Mother’s Day. 🩷
• Her third was on Father’s Day, which is also the anniversary of her very first Buzz Off. 🎗️
• Her fourth was in early August in honor of her parents around their anniversary. 💞

To say we are blown away is an understatement, to bring this much love and dedication into her Buzz Off journey has touched all of us deeply. Thank you, Sally, for dedicating your heart to kids fighting cancer, for raising $1,120, and for spreading your joy and light through the courageous act of shaving your head!

This year, she raised over $2,320 and even got 3 students and her school's Custodian to join the Baldi Bunch! 👏

Twelve years of shaving for One Mission... and this year, Vicki took it to the next level! 🎉

For the first time, Vicki hosted her very own Buzz Off fundraiser, featuring an incredible raffle with 41 donated items. Thanks to the generosity of her community, the event was a huge success! 👏

Between the event and additional donations, Vicki has already raised more than $3,000 toward her $4,000 summer fundraising goal; all to bring comfort, joy, and support to children and families facing pediatric cancer. 🎗️

Vicki chatted with us recently saying, "I'm thrilled that everything went as well as it did, and everyone that attended said they had a great time and they're looking forward to the next one. I'm thinking this might end up becoming a new annual tradition!" 💜

We're so grateful for Vicki's unwavering commitment over the past 12 YEARS. 🤯 Her dedication continues to make a meaningful difference for the families we serve.

“You have been with our family since day one and have never turned away.” 💛

Over the years, One Mission has had the privilege of supporting Finn and his family through so many moments.

Recently, One Mission treated Mack, Finn’s brother, to a day of dirt bike riding, something he had been dreaming of.

His mom shared, “Being the sibling of a medically complex child is a lot, and Mack often carries so much behind the scenes. Seeing him with such a huge smile meant everything. We love you so much, and thank you for making a dream come true for Mack.”

At One Mission, caring for the whole family has always been at the heart of what we do. 💛
