Kids need movement for strong bodies and healthy hearts. Quality physical education helps reduce early risk factors for hypertension, builds lifelong habits, and improves focus in the classroom. Children 3-5 should be active throughout the day. Children 6-17 need to be active for at least 60 minutes every day. Let’s champion active kids everywhere! 🏃♀️🏃♂️🌟
