DÉCOR’s Cape Cod Business Group (CCBG) will change your business from “I” to “We” and help you develop more clients and deeper relationships with your customers. Started in June 2010 by Marcelo Xavier, founder of DeCOR Cape Cod Business Group, DeCOR CCBG provides a positive, supportive and structured environment for businessmen and women to further their businesses through word-of-mouth marketing and strategic alliances. Networking requires commitment. The most successful actions of DeCOR CCBG are comprised of participants who are sincerely committed to helping one another through networking. Participants are a team. As a participant in DeCOR CCBG, you become we. CCBG participants are responsible for complying with the policies and guidelines of the organization*. A partial list of policies of DeCOR CCBG are listed below:
(*) Note: In the event that DeCOR CCBG general rules could potentially violate a professional’s ethical code, the professional’s ethics code shall govern. WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:
*Only one contractor per professional specialty category is allowed to join CCBG to avoid competition.
*All participants should represent their primary occupation, not a part-time business.
*Attendance is critical. If you cannot attend a meeting, you may send a substitute. This will not count as an absence.
*Participation in the meetings by members is a key to the success of a group. Members can participate by bringing bonafide referrals and/or visitors into the DeCOR CCBG network.
*Benefits to Membership: Substantially increased referrals.
*There is a $20.00 fee to join CCBG. The system is based on business referrals. As a member your goal is to promote your business and the others on your “Networking List.”

It is your responsibility to connect with the Networking members through weekly meetings, e-mails or phone. The primary goal we seek to achieve for all Network Members is value of quality service and customer satisfaction. All members should carry business card or any other promotional material of the all members of the Networking Group to help promote our businesses. We are dependent on each other to be successful.
