Tonight’s meeting has been cancelled. We will meet next Wednesday 2/12/20 instead.

We are recognizing Scout Sunday this year at St. Mary’s Church (70 Church Street, W. Warwick, RI 02893) for the 10:30 AM mass.

Jack Flanagan will be onsite to coordinate everything and anyone willing and able to attend can check-in with Jack at 10:15 AM. The mass should conclude approx.. 11:15 AM.

Sorry for the late notice, but we’ve decided to not have a meeting tonight but then have meetings 12/11/19 and 12/18/19. There will not be meetings on 12/25/19 and 12/31/19 and then we will meet again 1/8/20.

We need to submit our annual recharter paperwork by 12/31/19 so we will need $36 per scout/adult member before that time so we can pay the annual BSA fees.

No meeting tonight, but next week will be the Troop’s 97th Birthday Party with pizza, cake and refreshments so don’t miss out!

4 of our Eagle Scouts will also be receiving their belated American Flags from the Elks (Nathaniel, Sean, Gage & Brendan).

Please let me know if you plan to attend so I can have enough pizza on hand.

Former scouts and leaders are invited to attend to celebrate with us.

First Meeting Tomorrow Night (Wednesday 9/4/19) @ 6:30 PM. Please bring any merit badge worksheets you are currently working on so we can review how productive you were over the summer.

We will be meeting this week, mainly to review everyone’s path towards Eagle, particular the ones with 18th birthdays that are coming up in the next 3 months (we are looking at you Elias and you Arturo)…

There is no weekly meeting this week, our next meeting is next Wednesday 3/27.

Also, we recently renewed our annual charter/membership so I need $33 per scout to cover that.

We also need a head count for who will be attending Yawgoog this summer (7/7-7/14/19) and the $25 hat commitment fee as we need to submit that soon.
