Jennifer Colosimo is a seasoned executive and leadership expert with over 35 years of experience building high-performing teams and driving strategy ex*****on across global organizations. As former Enterprise President at FranklinCovey, she led worldwide strategy, consulting, coaching, and commercial operations across the U.S., six international offices, and 60 global licensees.

Jennifer has held executive leadership roles at Accenture, DaVita, and FranklinCovey, where she specialized in go-to-market strategy, digital transformation, and culture change. She is the co-author of Strikingly Different Selling and Great Work, Great Career (with Stephen R. Covey), and the author of the forthcoming book Expect A Lot, Care A Lot (Fall 2026).

Ten years ago, the Board of Directors selected Barbara Riddle to serve as CEO/President of ChamberWest. They couldn't have selected a better leader to lead this organization.

ChamberWest has expanded under Barbara's leadership and has seen more than 100% growth. The organization is now known for its Legislative Affairs Committee, its Leadership Institute Program, the dynamic 35+ public events and its culture of collaboration across cities, industries, and sectors and these accomplishments are thanks to the leadership and vision Barbara has dedicated to the organization.

Keep an eye out for a post later this month that highlights some of Barbara's accomplishments over her 10 years. For today, we just want to say THANK YOU! ✨ Keynote Speaker Spotlight ✨

We’re honored to welcome Major General (Ret.) Cauley Von Hoffman to the 12th Annual ChamberWest Women in Business Spring Conference!

Major General (Ret.) Cauley von Hoffman served 36 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring in 2025 as Deputy Chief of Air Force Reserve at the Pentagon. She helped guide strategy, policy, and budget oversight for more than 70,000 personnel nationwide. Her career spanned logistics, sustainment, and operations, with leadership roles from squadron command to Utah’s Ogden Air Logistics Complex, the Joint Staff, and multiple U.S. and international headquarters.

A veteran of several major deployments, she remains a dedicated advocate for service members—especially in Utah—and serves on the boards of the Utah Defense Alliance and the Aerospace Heritage Foundation of Utah.
