Hunter Elementary PTA

Hunter Elementary is a great school located in West Valley City, Utah. We take pride in our students, faculty and school. Do not post photos of other children.

We are committed to help lower bullying statistics and increasing school programs to make learning enjoyable for students. This page is ran by the PTA at Hunter Elementary. We will be updating anything that happens in the school (before, during and after) on this site. It is a great way to keep families involved in everything that happens in the school. It will also make is so that we can

• Do not post about concerns, problems, or conflicts with individual teachers, administrators, students, or parents. We will immediately delete posts that in any way put down or discriminate against individuals.
• Online threats will be taken seriously, and proper authorities will be immediately notified.
• Do not post information commonly understood as confidential, such as student grades.
• Any inflammatory statements that make allegations against individuals or organizations will be deleted.
• Keep in mind what you post is public information.
• Any advertising for businesses is not allowed.
• Do not publish content as your own that has been created by others. The Hunter Elementary PTA, board and Social Media administrators reserve the right to delete comments and block users who are not following the rules stated above.

We are doing our PTA ReadAThon Fundraiser. To kick it off, PTA hosted a minute to win it game assembly. Students were sent home packets to track reading and get sponsors to help PTA fund field trips, Spirit Day Fridays, and other fun activities at the school. Use QR CODE or visit http://app.givebacks.gives/hunterpta to find your student and sponsor their reading.

Thank you for such an awesome turnout this morning for Donuts and Grownups!! PTA was so happy to host this event. And we're excited for more upcoming events, including our Read-A-Thon, Spirit Day Fridays and Field Day at the end of the year!

We are so thankful for all the donations during our food drive. We had over 4,000 items and some extra money to put in our food Pantry here at Hunter. Today we had a wonderful cereal box push.
Special thanks to many local businesses that helped sponsor this event. No child should go hungry, if you need help this holiday season please contact the front office at the school.

Tomorrow is the last day of the pta food drive. Please send any donations with students in the morning.

Top class of the day gets a treat, then overall top class will receive a party.

PTA appreciates all the support. All donations stay within our school pantry. If you are in need this holiday season please reach out to your student's teacher or the main office.

PTA will be hosting a food drive to help Students who may need food this holiday season. If you're able to donate we will accept non expired, non perishable items November 18-22nd. Boxed items will be used in a domino push on Tuesday November 26th.
Our goal is to bring in 2400 items. Thank you for your support.

We look forward to seeing kids dressed up for Red Ribbon Week.

Monday students will receive wristbands to wear all week.
Tuesday students will put ribbons on the fence.
Wednesday students will sign a pledge to be drug free.
Thursday is the Halloween Parade at 930.
