What’s a Garden Tower, and how do you make one? 🌿

Garden Towers are vertical gardens. They’re a low-cost, self-sustaining method of planting multiple food crops in a single source, and they can flourish in many areas of the world! Made from a long-lasting, durable mesh bag, each tower can hold up to 110 plants and provide five or more nutritious meals a week!

So far, our global network of partners and volunteers have planted over 50,000 in 15 countries, and we’ve got many more planned. 👏🏽

What is an "adoptive sponsor," and how can you become one?

If volunteers are the heartbeat of our USANA Kids Eat program, school sponsors are the backbone. We truly could not serve 45+ schools, clubs, and community groups in Utah without the local businesses, foundations, and generous families who have stepped up to support this program. 🧡

Hope grows with Garden Towers. 🌱

On Guimaras Island in the Philippines, growing food on the Panergar family’s steep, hilly property wasn’t easy. Daughter Jessa helped her parents join the USANA Foundation’s Garden Tower pilot project—and today, the Garden Towers planted during a 2025 service trip are thriving.

Jessa’s mother now harvests fresh vegetables and greens for their family, turning limited space into a reliable source of nutritious food and greater independence.

The Panergars are one example of what sustainable nutrition can make possible. Even in challenging environments, the right tools can create opportunities for greater food security, self-reliance, and hope. 💙

Since we launched our Garden Tower program in 2019, we’ve been amazed at the impact it’s had on families around the world. 🌱
