Something new is taking root in Utah's q***r business community.

Common Thread is a 9-month mentorship program built for q***r professionals who are ready to go beyond networking and into something that actually sticks.

We're pairing mentors and mentees across Utah's q***r business community for a structured season of real conversations, shared growth, and community that lasts.

Whether you're interested in being a mentor or a mentee, we'd love to have you.

Though 2026 Pride Month is behind us, the work continues . . . great timing to hear from Megan Rapinoe during the focus on soccer right now!

Megan Rapinoe penned a powerful op-ed in Marie Claire about the impact of anti-trans legislation in the wake of the Supreme Court rulings banning transgender women and girls from participating in school sports.

She stated "Attacks on trans girls are feints to throw us off balance and distract from the real issues impacting all Americans, like the costs of groceries and gas, healthcare, and housing. If we really cared about safety and fairness in sports, we’d be breaking down barriers facing girls at every level...But they don’t want us to focus on the real issues in women and girls’ sports."
