Hello, hello!

2022 looks to be an amazing upcoming year for Live Literately! We are almost done with shipping out our 2021 holiday boxes and we are working on planning more book donation drives and our 2022 holiday book gift box drive (yes, even before this one is done!).

We’re really excited about all that we’d like to achieve and we are incredibly grateful for all of everyone’s donations this past year. We couldn’t do what we without all of our supporters and Affiliates. We are asking for a final fundraiser of the year to help us with our shipping costs for next year and we’d like share our LL Wish List with you. Everything on this list will be used solely for the purpose of executing our programs throughout the year.

Thank you so much for helping us gift 650 kids with their free holiday book box this year (we hope to DOUBLE that number next year!). Thanks to you all, we’re already working toward our goal of 1,200 book boxes for next year.

I need to take a time out right quick to thank our team here at Live Literately.

We're spread from coast to coast (Literally. California to North Carolina.) and these folks will drop what they're doing with ZERO notification (thanks, ADHD!) to get things done when I ask. From our Director of Community Relations, Anette, to the Directors on the Finance Committee, Kenn and Ben, to our Director of Legal, Jennifer, to our Director of Education, Maggie, to our Director of Visual Arts, Jodi... Every single one of these people have gone above and beyond at one time or another to get things done. ❤❤❤

Our Holiday Literature Distribution Program is officially underway because of these people! Stay tuned for the form where you'll nominate families! It should be circulating the book of faces by the weekend!

We just received a couple hundred dollars worth of children's books as a donation.

This year has been rough for a lot of families and we know it isn't much, but we want to send these out to families with kids who may not get much for Christmas this year.
