We are excited to announce that the Silver Hills PTA will be celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week from May 5-9th! Our teachers and staff work tirelessly to inspire, educate, and support our students every day, and this is our special opportunity to show them just how much they mean to us. The PTA has planned a week full of activities and treats to honor our amazing teachers, and we would love your help to make it truly special. On the last image, you will find ideas for each teacher; however gifts are not required.

It’s TIME!!!! Everyone’s favorite week! Celebrate Red ribbon week with us!
Mon- Silver Hills Day Wear school spiritwear or colors (blue, yellow, gray).)
Tues- Crazy Clothes Day (We are crazy about making kind choices. Wear your clothes inside out, backwards, or mismatched.)
Wed- Crazy Hair & Socks Day (We’re crazy about ourselves from head to toe. Wear crazy hair, hats, or socks.)
Thurs- SILVER HILLS HALLOWEEN PARADE. Wear Halloween costumes.

Also, a reminder: there is NO SCHOOL on FRIDAY

Midweek slump? Don’t want to cook dinner? How about helping out our school and heading to Arby’s on 6200 s and 5600 w between 5-8pm!!!

15% of each order will be donated to our school pta so we can host things like reading night, tech night, and help pay for other school events. The best part??? You don’t have to mention Silver Hills to have your order count!

I don’t know about you but…I’m “Thinking Arby’s” for dinner. 😉

As part of Red Ribbon Week last week, Silver Hills PTA invited West Valley and Granite School District Police Departments to speak to us about being drug free and being kind. Officer Penrose and his K-9 partner, Officer Bolt, were awesome in showing the kids how Officer Bolt finds dangerous substances. As part of the spirit week, kids were wearing red to be "Red"y to fight drugs.
