Good morning dear Changemakers!

We are still smiling from Saturday.

We are thrilled to announce that together, we raised a total of $5,013— and we couldn't be more grateful for every single contribution.

Our Utah Changemakers are now preparing to head to Kenya, carrying your generosity directly to *2,000 children* who are currently learning under deplorable conditions at Mijomboni Primary School. Thanks to you, that is all about to change.

You made a world of difference for those Dreamers. Thank you — on behalf of every child waiting for a classroom that finally feels like hope.

If you'd like to make an additional contribution before the team departs on *July 18th*, please give here:

A heartfelt thank you to Harvest Business Advisors for your generous support of Dreamers Wish Foundation. Your sponsorship of a classroom refurbishment in Kenya means that at least 60 Dreamers will learn in a safe, whole, and inspiring environment this year. That is not a small thing — that is a legacy.

If you or your business would like to join Harvest Business Advisors in making a difference, here are our top 5 areas where your support creates immediate impact:

1. Reusable Sanitary Kits — $10 per child
Period poverty keeps girls out of school. $10 keeps her in it.

2. Classroom Refurbishing — $600 per classroom
$600 transforms a broken-down space into a place where children feel they belong.

3. Teacher Training — $500 per school
$500 equips an entire school's teachers with modern tech and visual tools that elevate every lesson.

4. Robotics Program for Refugee Youth in Utah — $150 per child, per year
$150 puts a robotics kit in a refugee child's hands and opens a door to a future in tech.

5. School Supplies — $25 per child, per year
$25 gives a child in rural Ghana or Kenya everything they need to learn for an entire year.

Every gift counts. Every Dreamer matters.

Thanksgiving Day at Dadome DA Basic School
This Thanksgiving was unforgettable. Instead of celebrating at home, we spent the day serving lunch to all 375 students and their teachers at Dadome DA Basic School. It was a profound reminder that Thanksgiving is about gratitude, service, and shared humanity.

With guidance from the teachers, the children quickly organized into queues, and the feeding activity went smoothly. Each meal represented more than food—it was an act of care, dignity, and the true spirit of giving.

Teachers were also served, honoring their dedication to the students. In return, the children shared their gratitude through traditional dances and songs, celebrating the support we brought to their school and community.
This was our final day of the trip, and we left not just having given, but having received joy, perspective, and a deeper understanding of what it truly means to give thanks.

Day 3 and 4 at Dadome DA Basic School

We began with an empowerment workshop for girls and boys focused on hygiene education. This session was led by our partners at Sankofa Initiative, who also made and delivered 100 reusable sanitary pads as part of hygiene kits designed to last girls up to two years. One of the most impactful parts of this workshop was educating boys about feminine hygiene—helping them understand what girls experience physically. This builds empathy, reduces stigma, and fosters a community culture grounded in respect and support.

Students also took part in emotional regulation sessions that helped them learn how to identify their feelings, manage stress, and communicate more confidently. Our STEM science activities added excitement to the classrooms, encouraging hands-on learning, creativity, and teamwork.

With the support of Bountiful STEM Foundation, we set up a computer lab that will provide ICT training for teachers and students. This new resource will expand digital literacy, expose students to coding and research tools, and equip teachers with the skills they need to integrate technology into learning. Over time, this will help students compete academically, gain early exposure to career pathways in technology, and strengthen the school’s overall learning environment.

Our discussions with community leaders highlighted two urgent needs: access to clean water and reliable daily meals for students. Many children come to school without breakfast or lunch, and some walk nearly five miles home during the day just to find something to eat.

To support long-term food security, we initiated a permaculture project that will help the school and community grow sustainable crops. In the short term, we are preparing to launch a lunch feeding program with simple snacks and sandwiches to keep students in school all day. Providing lunch boxes will also allow children to bring leftovers when possible.

These two days underscored the importance of listening, collaborating, and building systems that meet both immediate and future needs so every child has the opportunity to thrive.
