A community supported art/ educational program with a focus on sustainability, creativity and environmental responsibility. There are programs for all ages and many interests- we also meet on a regular basis to provide homeschool enrichment opportunities.
A Place To Grow...
Feeding the mind, body and spirit.
Providing fresh local food and facilitating wholistic opportunities for learning, healing, creating and celebrating with nature.
Participants share a 'Common Vision' of wholistic values that connects us to each other and the natural world.
You may be familiar with Community Supported Agriculture... At Common Vision, we are using a similar model to support local artisans, educators and healers…. As well as to grow food!

Community Supported Art Programs
Common Vision is creating cooperative learning opportunities: Local artisans and educators support the community by sharing their time and talents, while the community supports local artisans and educators by investing in local art that is both beautiful and functional.
Instructors (i.e., artists, healers, farmers and educators) are supporting our local community by providing affordable and accessible learning opportunities of both traditional and progressive arts and skills.
The local community, in turn, is supporting the local artisans, healers, farmers and educators by attending workshops, sharing their experiences with others, and purchasing their art, food and materials.
Common Vision nourishes this mutually beneficial process by creating connections and spaces in which these interactions occur. Working and learning together diversifies our community and cultivates relationships, while enabling us to creatively inspire one another. Sustainable relationships promote sustainable living.
This network provides opportunities and incentives to promote the artistic and creative endeavors of community members. Common Vision facilitates this by:
· Highlighting farm/art/programs in our newsletters
· Creating links to participants’ sites on our web-page
· Offering opportunities to demonstrate their skills
· Incorporate participants’ art/ food in our CSA
· Member discounts & benefits
· First priority to be vendors at our events
· Share market space, when applicable
Common Vision is committed to making classes and programs as affordable and accessible as possible. We welcome bartering as a means of creating a sliding scale. We also encourage presenters to utilize a barter agreement as part of their compensation,- this helps to off-set costs, allowing us to keep costs low.
We welcome you to share your talents in this ‘common vision’ with us!
