Pregnancy, Postpartum, and early Parenting are extraordinary stages in a woman’s life. The highs and lows can be extreme. This stage can also be the beginning of neglecting herself, physically, mentally and spiritually.
The Adams County Pregnancy Center continues to offer free online quality curriculum to our clients for which they earn new cribs, car seats and diapers.
In addition to these services, we are offering extra support through one on one connection with our on staff Personal Trainer. She has additional certifications in Nutrition Coaching, Behavior Modification and Women’s Fitness. The purpose of this service is to further support our clients through some of the most challenging and vulnerable times of their life.
